Fixture Install

Faucet, toilet, disposal, valve — quoted before we roll the truck.

We install the fixture you bought, source the fixture for you, or tell you honestly which one of those two will give you fewer problems three years from now.

Fixture install is the lowest-variance work we do. A faucet swap is a faucet swap. A toilet install is a toilet install. The price you quote on Tuesday morning is the price the customer pays on Tuesday afternoon. We bid these flat, before the truck leaves South Boulevard, and we do not surprise anyone with line items at the end.

Three reminders. We will install the fixture you bought yourself from Home Depot, Lowe's, Ferguson, or Build.com. We will source the fixture if you'd rather we did. We do not get kickbacks from any manufacturer — when we tell you a Delta lasts longer than a no-name on the box, that's the experience talking. And on remodel work, we bid fixed (not hourly) so you know the price before we start.

Frequently asked

Can I supply my own fixture?

Yes. We'd rather you bring us a fixture you love than have us choose one for you. Just check that what you bought includes the supply lines, mounting hardware, and any specialty connectors — most kits do, some don't.

Do you warranty fixtures I supplied?

We warranty our labor for 1 year. The fixture warranty stays with the manufacturer. If a faucet you bought fails inside its warranty period, you call the manufacturer; we'll reinstall the replacement at no labor charge.
